    This is a handsome brand new boys size pre-tied long tie.  It attaches with an adjustable band that reaches around the neck(not a clip-on).
    It will accommodate up to a 20" neck measurement.  It measures 13" from the top of the knot to the bottom of the tie.  4" at the widest point.
